dc.description.abstractDr. Cesário Coimbra, who has been appointed a Director of the Departamento Nacional do Café (DNC), has tendered his resignation as President of the São Paulo Coffee Institute, which position, however, he will continue to hold for the time being. It will be recalled that at the time of his selection to serve with the DNC, Dr. Coimbra announced that he would retain the presidency of the São Paulo organization for a while, at least, to the end of carrying through certain proposals in behalf of better coffee quality and coffee trading._Medeiros.pt_BR
