Avaliação da colheita do café totalmente mecanizada

Abstract

A mecanização da colheita do café é uma grande saída para o Brasil continuar na liderança mundial dos produtores, através da competitividade nos custos e na qualidade do produto. Segundo os produtores, dentro do sistema produtivo atual de café no País, a colheita manual tem sido um fator limitante, devido a falta de mão-de-obra, tempo e custo operacional. A possibilidade de se fazer a colheita totalmente mecanizada é possível passando a colhedora mais de uma vez na lavoura e fazendo-se a varrição e o recolhimento do café caído no chão, também mecanicamente. O fato de se passar a colhedora várias vezes na lavoura requer um cuidado especial, em razão da a desfolha que pode causar na planta, além do fato de que a seqüência de operações mecanizada deve apresentar viabilidade econômica. Nesse sentido, este trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar o desempenho operacional e econômico da colheita mecanizada, com várias passadas da colhedora na mesma lavoura e o levantamento mecânico do café caído no chão, dando origem a um sistema totalmente mecanizado de derriça, varrição e levantamento. Com duas passadas da colhedora, foi possível colher até 95% da carga pendente, incluindo o café que caiu no chão, restando apenas 5% na planta. O preço final médio da medida colhida, com duas passadas da colhedora e levantada mecanicamente, foi de R$1,63, que, comparada com a medida colhida manualmente no valor de R$5,00, representou redução de 67% no custo da colheita.

The mechanization applied to the coffee crop, is very important in our country in order to maintain its world leadership of the producers, through the competitiveness in the costs and in the quality of the product. According to the producers, inside of the current productive system of coffee in Brazil, the manual crop has been a reality, due to the unemployment, time and operational cost. The feasiability in order to have the crop totally automated is passing at once a mechanical collecting mechanical device in the farming and then the sweeping and withdrawal of the fallen coffee in the ground, each one of these steps mechanically. The problem in passing the collecting mechanical device several times in the farming crops requests a special care due to its defoliation, which can cause damage in the plant, in addition to the sequence of automated operations, all these operations must display an economical viability. In this sense, this work have the objective to evaluate the operational and economical process of the automated crop, with several utilization of the collecting mechanical device in the same farming and the mechanical rising of the fallen coffee in the ground, totally creating a system automated of branch collecting seeds, sweeping and rising. With two passes of the collecting mechanical device, it was possible to harvest up to 95% of the pending seed load, including the coffee that fell in the ground, only remaining 5% in the plant. The medium final price of the picked measure, with two passes of the collecting mechanical device and mechanical lifting it was of US$0,815, when compared the automated process with the one picked manually in the value of US$2,50, it represents a profit of 67% in the total cost of the crop harvest.
