A influência da fertirrigação na fase da maturação dos frutos em dois cultivares de café arábica

Abstract

Este trabalho foi desenvolvido na área experimental do Departamento de Fitotecnia da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, localizada no município de Viçosa-MG (20º45S e 42º52W), com objetivo de quantificar o volume dos frutos cerejas e determinar suas respectivas épocas de colheita, de acordo com a maturação destes. Posteriormente, traçou-se um gráfico que correlaciona a produção de frutos cerejas com o período e o número de floradas, determinando-se assim o pico de floração, bem como a influência da irrigação e fertirrigação, de dois cultivares de café arábica com idade de um ano e seis meses: 'Catuaí Vermelho' 99 e 'Acaiá Cerrado' 1474, na região da Zona da Mata de Minas Gerais. A área possui dimensão de 700 m 2 , utilizando-se metade da área para cada cultivar. Os tratamentos se relacionam a aplicação ou não de água, níveis diferenciados de fertirrigação e parcelamento dos nutrientes K e N. A lâmina de água de irrigação aplicada assim como o manejo está sendo realizado com o suporte do software SISDA 3. Os resultados foram expressos em volume do café cereja por planta, conciliado com os intervalos das colheitas. Constatou-se menor uniformidade de maturação e, conseqüentemente, floradas desuniformes, que foram ao todo seis. Comparando as floradas entre os cultivares, observou-se maior precocidade e desuniformidade de maturação dos frutos no cultivar Catuaí.

This work was developed in the experimental area of the Department of Fitotecnia of the Federal University of Viçosa, located in the municipal district of Viçosa-MG (20º45S and 42º52W), with objective of to quantify the volume of the cherries fruits and to determine its respective crop times, in agreement with the maturation of the same ones. Later on, a graph was traced that correlates the production of cherries fruits with the period and the flowering number, being determined the floral pick, and the influence of the irrigation and fertirrigation, of two cultivate like this of Arabic coffee, with age of one year and six months, 'Catuaí Vermelho' 99 and the ' Acaiá Cerrado' 1474, in the region of the Forest Zone of Minas Gerais. The region has dimension of 700m2, being used half of the region for each to cultivate. The treatments related the application or not of water, differentiated levels of fertirrigation and divisions of nutritious K and N. The water applied irrigation depth as well as the manegement is being accomplished with the support of the software SISDA 3. The results were expressed in volume of the cherry coffee for plant, reconciled with the intervals of the crops. Smaller maturation uniformity was contacted, consequently, flowering desuniformity, that had six picks, being compared the flowering among them cultivate it was observed a larger precocity and desuniformity of maturation of the fruits in to cultivate Catuaí.
